Catheter and Stoma Care / Infection Control
A one day course combining these two often related courses.An introductory course suitable for all staff working in residential, nursing homes, homes for the elderly and the domiciliary sectors.

All staff who support people with conditions relating to the above. This course will enable staff to effectively care for the people who require it whilst maintaining an infection free environment.

1 day

The day will be split in two with Catheter and Stoma Care preceding Infection Control. There will be an observation of practice and written questionnaire to complete for students to show that they have reached the required standards.
