  • Northern Training will identify and track the skills requirements of your workforce and offer training to meet skills shortages using a Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Northern Training will work in partnership with you to upgrade the skills of your employees, by developing and delivering learning programmes for your business based on your operational business priorities and improving your competitiveness
  • Northern Training staff will continually update their skills and knowledge and are fully aware of the changing demands of commercial and public sector environments
  • Northern Training will keep in touch routinely with you, whether or not there is a specific work-based learning opportunity in prospect
  • Northern Training will meet with you quarterly to review the quality of its provision and discuss any changes to your TNA
